Whether you're newly certified or have hundreds of dives, you can always benefit from the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Programme. In as little as one weekend you'll progress rapidly by developing your advanced skills and gaining supervised underwater experience on at least five exciting training dives each covering a different area of interest.
"Fun" might seem an unlikely description for such serious skills, but you'll certainly find the PADI Rescue Diver rewarding and enjoyable. Until now your training has centred on you and the skills that make you a safe diver, now you can learn to make diving safe and more enjoyable for others. During the Emergency First Response programmes (EFR) you will learn the basics of First Aid for use both in and out of your diving activities.
Aquasport offers an extensive range of diving and non-diving specialties. These programmes are open to all divers who hold an Open Water certification or equivalent and above regardless of where they were trained. Certification level & equipment requirements may vary depending on the specialty.
Many people learn the basics of first aid. But how many of these continue to keep these skills fresh, or even understand that the assistance given to an individual greatly varies with age? The Emergency First Response offer programmes specialising in first aid to infants and children as well as adults. Recognised by the Health and Safety Executive for Appointed Persons and First Aid at Work Provider (FAW) these programmes cover you for everyday accidents and injuries in the home, at play or at work.
IANTD, ANDI and DSAT Nitrox and Trimix Diver, Rebreather, Gas Blender and Instructor programmes are all available at Aquasport. Depending on your level of interest in Technical Diving, Aquasport offers a full range of programmes to challenge anyone willing to accept the responsibilities and obligations found in this form of diving. Working with our full time Instructors and Instructor Trainers, you will find the mix of theory, practical application and both pool and open water based training resulting in some of the most rewarding diver training you are ever likely to do.
Aquasport offers the full range of Divers Alert Network Oxygen Administration & Diving First Aid training programmes at both user & instructor level. These offer the individual the opportunity to specialise in this very important area of diving emergency management and responsibility.
